My experience in skincare and with people has taught me there is no absolute best treatment because everyone is different in their lifestyles and goals. However, there is a more suitable routine for each unique person and skin type. Good results depend on listening and educating, based on individual needs and desires. This is why I like dedicating my time to analyzing and customizing what is best for that person’s skin, to make it the best journey to health, beauty, and rejuvenation.

The skin is a mirror that reflects your psycho-physical state of health, giving clear signals and “asking” to be listened to.

There are basically 5 types of skin with different needs:

Normal skin: well hydrated, balanced, and comfortable

Dry skin: lacking sufficient moisture making it appear rough, flaky, dull, and uneven

N

Oily skin: shiny and greasy appearance, with large and visible pores; prone to frequent breakouts

N

Combination skin: can be oily and have enlarged and clogged pores on forehead, nose and chin and be dry to normal in other areas

N

Sensitive skin: may appear red or swollen, and itchy, and it can also sting or burn
